Scott Morello will be transitioning from production back into programming as the new Assistant Program Director at HOT 96.9 effective next Monday, May 12.

Morello spent a number of years in various programming roles with Bell Media in Canada before joining the Greater Media team last year.

“I’m really looking forward to collaborating with Scott on the continued growth of our newest brand, Hot 96.9,” said Cadillac Jack, Director of Programming at Greater Media Boston.

Coinciding with Scott’s promotion, Stella Mars will be assuming new responsibility as the head of the production department, reporting directly to Cadillac Jack.

“I’m confident that under Stella’s leadership, the department will continue to flourish as it has done over the past several months, both in terms of meeting our sales needs as well as by making sure our stations have the best imaging possible on the air,” said Cadillac Jack.

In addition, Justin Weiner has added the responsibility of imaging Magic 106.7 to his current Radio 92.9 duties.

“I know first-hand how talented Justin is, and I’m excited to be working with him again on a daily basis to keep Magic’s brand evolving to match our audience’s tastes for many years to come,” said Cadillac Jack.
