96.9 FM WTKK Program Director Grace Blazer Named Recipient of 2009 Judy Jarvis Memorial Award for Outstanding Contributions to Talk Radio

Greater Media, Inc. announces 96.9 FM WTKK Program Director Grace Blazer has been named the recipient of the 2009 Judy Jarvis Memorial Award for Outstanding Contributions to Talk Radio by a Woman. She will be honored for her achievements in talk radio programming at the upcoming Talkers Magazine New Media Summit 2009 on Friday, June 5th, 2009 at the Concierge Conference Center in New York City.

Blazer, considered as one of only a handful of females that currently serve as program director in the Talk radio format in the nation, joined Greater Media Boston's legendary FM Talk Station 96.9 FM WTKK in June of 2007. Prior to that, she served as Program Director at CBS Radio's WPHT-AM in Philadelphia, PA.
