Tom Baker Named Market Manager of Greater Media Boston

): Greater Media, Inc. announced today radio veteran Tom Baker has been named as the new Market Manager of the company’s Boston-based radio operation, including WBOS-FM, WKLB-FM, WMJX-FM, WROR-FM, and WTKK-FM.

“I love Boston, Peter Smyth and Greater Media,” said Baker. “Serving as the interim Market Manager of Greater Media’s Detroit-based cluster this past year was a wonderful experience. The recent birth of my first grandchild in New England makes the move from Santa Barbara back to Boston that much more special to me and my family.”

“I am thrilled Tom will be coming home to Boston to oversee our five station cluster,” said Greater Media Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Peter Smyth. “I have known him for many years and look forward to having Tom as a valuable member of our Greater Media family.”

Baker will begin his new position in mid-January.
