Wining and Dining for a Cause

 

The 5th annual Gourmet Gala: Wining and Dining for a Cause to benefit oncology services at the North Shore Medical Center and the Mass General North Shore Cancer Center was held on March 28 at Acura of Peabody, MA.

The event featured food tables from upscale North Shore restaurants and live and silent auctions. Greater Media Boston personalities served as guest hosts.

Greater Media Boston Lends a Hand at Telethon

 

On April 15, the one-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon tragedy, a group of Greater Media Boston staff members participated in WCVB-TV Channel 5’s telethon to benefit One Fund Boston.

Staff from WBOS-FM, MAGIC 106.7 FM, Hot 96.9 FM and WROR-FM answered phones and took pledges from listeners and viewers at the Boylston Street finish line site.

Fundraiser to Benefit Boston High School

 

Coyle and Cassidy High School in Taunton, MA, held its fourth annual CC Live fundraiser on April 4 at Showcase Live with proceeds from the evening designated to advance the pursuit of excellence in all areas of student life.

MAGIC 106.7 FM’s Nancy Quill hosted the festivities with her sister, Barbara Quill, a teacher at the school. The evening featured food, cocktails and an auction, along with performances from students, faculty, alumni and the Quill sisters!

CC Live has become a tradition as parents and sponsors come together to celebrate and support Coyle and Cassidy High School.
