Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson showed the world that women can rock when their band, Heart, stormed the charts in the ‘70’s with hits like “Crazy on You,” “Magic Man,” “Barracuda,” “Straight On,” and more. Heart continued topping the charts through the ‘80’s and ‘90’s with hits like “These Dreams,” “Alone,” “What About Love,” “If Looks Could Kill,” and “Never.” Heart has sold more than 35 million albums and will be inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on April 19, 2013. Ann and Nancy Wilson first met Jason Bonham, son of famed Led Zeppelin drummer, John Bonham, when they performed “Stairway to Heaven” together at the Kennedy Center Honors tribute to Led Zeppelin in December 2012.
Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience, is a celebration of Jason’s father, the late Led Zeppelin drummer, John Bonham, as well as the music of Led Zeppelin. The show is a visual and auditory spectacle that includes a high-tech sound system, light show and giant screens that project home movies and photos while Bonham and his band play a passionate set of Led Zeppelin songs. Jason began playing the drums at age five and signed his first record contract at age seventeen. Throughout his career he’s opened for big names such as Queen, Meat Loaf, Ted Nugent, and AC/DC. Bonham has taken his father’s place on stage during numerous Led Zeppelin reunions over the years. His most recent appearance with the surviving members of Led Zeppelin was in 2007 at London’s O2 Arena.
