WKLB-FM Wins CMA Major Market Broadcast Award

Congratulations to Country 102.5 WKLB-FM Program Director Mike Brophey, Music Director Ginny Rogers and the entire staff for winning the 2012 Country Music Association (CMA) Major Market Station of the Year Award!
National Recording artist Brad Paisley personally called station Program Director Mike Brophey to share the great news with him on October 8.
“CMA knows the importance of Country radio to our genre,” said CMA Chief Executive Officer STEVE MOORE. “We’ve spent 2012 highlighting the hard work of these radio professionals, and we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on our best and brightest – the CMA BROADCAST AWARD winners.”
The CMA Radio Station of the Year recipients will be recognized during the 46th Annual CMA Awards on November 1st on ABC-TV.
