Greater Media Philadelphia and Jim Sipala’s KIA congratulates Kyle Block, Sean Dougherty, Dave Drennan and Danny Fisher of West Chester East High School. They are the official winners of a marketing contest created by Jim Sipala’s KIA, challenging high school marketing students to come up with a TV and radio advertisement for their new campaign.

The students took on this project through a Marketing Honors Class, which is part of the DECA (Distributive Clubs of America) program. DECA is an international marketing organization for high school students. West Chester East High School program is led by teacher Carol Lill, who oversaw the project and assisted the students with providing the rules and background information.

“We are very excited about the work these students came back with and we’re thrilled to provide them with an experience to honor their hard work that they will carry with them for a lifetime,” said Jim Sipala, owner of Jim Sipala’s KIA of West Chester and KIA of Downingtown. The winning team’s television and radio commercials will be professionally produced, and will air throughout the month of June. In addition, they are invited to come into Greater Media Philadelphia’s radio station studios to sit in on the production of the radio advertisements, and will receive a full tour of the facilities.
