WMJX’s O’Terry Receives 2012 Communicator Awards

MAGIC 106.7 Assistant Program Director and on-air talent, Candy O’Terry has been named among the winners of the 18th Annual Communicator Awards. O’Terry will take home the Communicator Award of Excellence in the category of On-Air Talent, Major Market as well as two awards for MAGIC’s Exceptional Women program, including Awards of Distinction for Talk Show Host /Exceptional Women and Writing & Scripting / Exceptional Women. The wins add to the already impressive accolades the show has received, a total of 35 local and national awards overall.

Exceptional Women creator and host Candy O’Terry is humbled by the honors and said, “A long time ago, I realized that the best way to connect with listeners is to be passionate…to let them see who you really are and what you believe in.
