Greater Media Named a Top Workplace in Philadelphia

Greater Media Radio in Philadelphia has been named of one the Top Workplaces in Philadelphia in the annual survey that the Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com. Hundreds of companies take part in the survey, but only a select few companies are awarded top workplace.
Greater Media Philadelphia owns and operates five radio stations in the area, including WMMR-FM, WMGK-FM, WBEN-FM and WPEN AM/FM. The radio stations entertain over two million listeners each week.
“Great companies start with great employees,” said John Fullam, Vice President and Market Manager for Greater Media Philadelphia. “We are fortunate to have such an extraordinary team dedicated to serving Philadelphia, our listeners and advertising partners every day.”
The evaluation for the “Top Workplaces” program is based entirely upon feedback from an employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics in the fall of 2011. The results of the survey were published yesterday in the Philadelphia Inquirer and today in the Daily News.
The special “Top Workplace edition” features employee nominated companies which honor those companies who are getting it right and distinguishes them from other companies.
