WRIF and Kid Rock Release New ‘T’ for the ‘D’

February 14, 2012

101 WRIF and Made In Detroit have partnered together to create a co-branded shirt.  The black T-shirt features the well-known WRIF oval logo with the Made In Detroit logo replacing the “0” in 101. The shirt will be available to purchase on-line at www.MadeInDetroit.com.  The proceeds from Made In Detroit shirt sales will help support local Detroit charities.

“We stand by Made In Detroit and Kid Rock; and we recognize what both have done for the City of Detroit. Kid Rock has always been loyal to Detroit and we will support him and his local companies. We are proud to partner with Made In Detroit and to produce a shirt that represents two strong Detroit brands,” says WRIF Program Director, Mark Pennington.

The WRIF Made In Detroit shirt will also be available at Meguiar’s Autorama, Feb 24-26 at Cobo Center in Detroit.  WRIF and Made In Detroit will be set up right next to each other.  The area will also have four of Kid Rock’s cars on display.
