Who Wants To Be the Next Scott Brown?

January 25, 2010

On Tuesday, January 26th, 96.9 FM’s Michael Graham hosts a free, non-partisan “Candidate’s School” at F1 Boston in Braintree.

From 7 to 9 pm, Republican, Democratic and independent political professionals and activists will donate their time to help educate and train private citizens on becoming candidates in the 2010 and future elections. The goal is to help interested citizens with little political experience become serious, qualified candidates in upcoming municipal and statewide elections.

“This is a working group session and completely non-partisan,” said WTKK’s Michael Graham, also a former GOP consultant. “We’re building on the energy and momentum of Senator Elect Scott Brown’s successful campaign, and answering the question I’ve been asked 1,000’s of times: ‘What can I do to make a difference?’ Here’s what you can do: Run.”

Over 150 Massachusetts residents attended Graham’s Candidate’s School in Framingham last April.

96.9 FM-WTKK is Boston and New England’s “Campaign Connection” and has provided the Commonwealth with thorough political insight and perspective for over a decade.
